BUDAPEST, Hungary – Ford Hungary has found a novel and seasonal way to promote the S-MAX.
Working with local Ford dealership, Auto Nexus, it has hired Santa Claus and provided him with a Frozen White S-MAX to transport him around the country to meet children.
Santa Claus – known as Joulupukki in Hungary– will use his modern-day Ford sleigh to visit hospitals and kindergartens. In an extensive programme, he will meet with homeless children and visit the inhabitants of the Fót SOS Children Village and the Children’s Clinic of Saint John Hospital.
“Joulupukki will participate in numerous charity events, bringing smiles to the faces of hundreds of children,” said Zsombor Varga, PR manager, Ford Central and Eastern Europe Group.
On Santa Claus Day (celebrated on December 6 in Hungary) children and their parents have the opportunity to meet Joulupukki in his S-MAX on Budapest’s Vörösmarty square.
