SÃO BERNARDO DO CAMPO, Brazil – Ford’s employees at São Bernardo do Campo’s plant, São Paulo state, stood in solidarity to promote a sweet Easter for underprivileged children in kindergartens and orphanages in the region. The initiative was also supported by the Citizenship Committee of Ford.
Around 150 Easter eggs were distributed in three social institutions: the Lar Pequeno Leão, which provides special care for child victims of abuse; CAJEC, that provides assistance to children and adolescents with cancer and Lar Escola Jesuê Frantz that helps children in vulnerable situations and social risk.
