Recognition
Every day employees do things either in the course of his or her work or in his or her community that go unnoticed by his or her peers for one of two reasons. First, because the employee has made that the status quo and fellow employees expect that behavior. Or because employees do not know how to recognize the behavior. Please use the Online Recognition Submission Form to acknowledge good deeds being done in the community or hard work being done in the plant. Did someone notice a quality defect? Submit a recognition. Did someone perform an admirable safety practice? What if someone just comes to work every day and is a reliable co-worker? Nominate them! Community Giving
May Raffle Drawing to benefit the March of Dimes
The winning number will be taken from the Michigan Lottery Daily 3 digit number for the day at 7:30 p.m. except Sunday. Michigan Lottery numbers are available on TV, newspaper or Michigan Lottery web site.
If the ticket matching the daily lottery number has not been sold, a drawing from a pool of sold raffle ticket stubs will take place.
Plus, one number up and one number down wins $25.00 each day!

Congratulations to the entire Ford team for continuing to deliver our One Ford plan, serving our customers around the world and delivering profitable growth. Thanks to our efforts, we today are announcing strong quarterly financial results, built on solid growth in volume and revenue.
Our earnings are driven by our highest North American profit since at least 2000 – when we began reporting results for the region as a separate business unit – and continued solid performance from Ford Credit. Click here to read full article.

UAW-Ford Rouge Powerhouse Memorial Scholarship
April 3, 2013
The UAW-Ford Rouge Powerhouse Memorial Scholarship Fund is dedicated to the memory and spirit of the six brave men who died on February 1, 1999 in a tragic explosion at the Rouge Powerhouse. This year, forty-eight scholarships will be granted in honor of these men so that their commitment and sacrifice to family and community may be remembered and their aspirations continued for generations.
