MELBOURNE, Australia – Last month a group of Ford Australia employees chalked up significant long-service milestones.  On hand to personally thank them was President and CEO of Ford Australia Bob Graziano.
The Ford team members were joined by Graziano for a special morning tea to celebrate their years of service to the company.
Among them was Mijalce Janevski, who has been with Ford Australia since 1972, and currently works in production at the Broadmeadows Assembly Plant.
“I’m proud to have worked for so many years with the Ford family, which has a proud history in Australia,” Janevski said. “I’ve loved being part of the team and have met so many wonderful people over the years and had the privilege of working in many different parts of the company.”
Employees reaching their milestones have been with Ford for periods ranging from 25-40 years.

Each respective manager/supervisor delivered a speech to acknowledge the lengthy commitment they had each made to the company, while Graziano also expressed his thanks.

“Ford Motor Company is so incredibly grateful to these 18 team members, whose commitment has been absolutely crucial in helping build such a success story in Australia,” Graziano said. “It’s dedication such as this which really inspires me to continue working tirelessly to ensure Ford Australia remains one of the leading auto companies in the country.”
