COLOGNE, Germany – Ford’s high-tech product development centre in Cologne recently hosted a web-based media presentation on the all-new B-MAX.
Stefan Lamm, head of Ford’s external design group, explained the vehicles key design features and how some of the ideas behind the innovative small vehicle were conceived and implemented.
Focusing on the interior of the B-MAX was Ernst Reim, Ford’s head of interior design. Key features of the interior are the car remarkable flexibility and spaciousness.
Completing the presentation, Darren Palmer, director of quality in Ford’s engineering group detailed some of the challenges engineers faced and successfully overcame in developing the unique B-MAX.
