PARIS, France – All new Mustang made its first appearance on French soil at Ford’s headquarters near Paris this week.
The magnetic grey 5.0-litre convertible was introduced to employees just days before Mustang celebrates its 50th birthday.
Several dozen enthusiasts also attended the reveal and brought along a selection of rare Mustangs, including a 1964 pre-production model and a car built specially for Henry Ford II during his visit to France for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966.
April 17 marks the 50th anniversary of the Ford Mustang’s debut in New York. Around 400 French enthusiasts will be heading to the U.S. to join in a host of Mustang celebrations.
