DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

HA’IL, Saudi Arabia – Ford’s largest dealer in the Middle East opened an expansive new facility in northwest Saudi Arabia.

In addition to showrooms, the 2,120 square-meter Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies dealership features a service area with 27 workstations, along with a large parts center and warehouse to ensure parts availability. It’s the 22nd branch opened in Saudi Arabia by AJVA.

Larry Prein, managing director, Ford Middle East, Export and Growth, praised the company’s passion for the business. “They relentlessly work to deliver some of the best customer experiences to Ford and Lincoln owners in Saudi Arabia. The continued investments in dealership facilities prove AJVA’s drive to nurture the growing network and Ford customer base in the Kingdom and to offer accessible and reliable after-sales support to customers wherever they are.”

Abdullah bin Fahad Al Kraidees, president of AJVA, said, “Our commitment to Saudi customers is absolute and unwavering. AJVA is driven to develop the Ford business and to deliver some of the highest levels of customer satisfaction across the Kingdom.”

Al Jazirah Vehicles operates more than 100 automotive-related facilities across Saudi Arabia, including two of the world’s largest Ford showrooms, in Jeddah and Dammam.

Al Kraidees said the company’s investments involve more than facilities. “They extend to  offering training to our sales advisers and technicians to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and technology know-how, as well as efficiency in repair works, allowing our customers to save time and money.”

He said still more facilities are planned, including showrooms, service centers and parts sales outlets.
