5 Cool Things to Know About the 2013 Lincoln MKS

DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

Lincoln Drive Control: This new adaptive driving experience gives MKS the perfect balance of an engaging drive and a refined ride. The adaptive Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) suspension and Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) enable Lincoln Drive Control to adjust to road conditions faster than the blink of an eye.

Lane Keeping System: Acting as an extra set of eyes on the road, Lane Keeping Alert will notify you with a steering wheel vibration if you begin to drift out of your lane. Lane Keeping Aid, when activated, will add steering torque to actually guide you back into your lane.

Performance and Fuel Economy:  2013 MKS offers two engines that give you a great combination of fuel economy and power! The new standard 3.7L TiVCT V6 provides 304hp and 279 lb. ft. torque (19 City/28 Hwy), while the optional 3.5L EcoBoost provides 365hp and 350 lb. ft. torque (17 City/25 Hwy).

Design:  Every exterior surface of the 2013 MKS from the windshield forward is new, including the grille, HID headlamps, hood and front fenders. At the rear, MKS gets a new fascia, LED tail lamps, exhaust tips and a new trunk lid that makes it easier to access the trunk.

Additional Features:  Heated Steering Wheel and Sync with MyLincoln Touch, (both new for 2013). Standard heated and cooled 12-way adjustable front seats, adjustable pedals and a power tilt/telescoping steering wheel.  2013 MKS seating surfaces feature standard Bridge of Weir leather. Acknowledged as one of the world’s finest and most environmentally responsible leathers, this leather can also be found in luxury jets, yachts and on the chairs in Scotland’s House of Lords.
