The Design Quality (DQ) Color Management Analyst (CMA) team is an amazing group of people! Each person comes with their own unique talent, skills and perspective, and yet each person encourages respect and values the other.

The team works hand in hand to ensure quality parts are approved for every program. The DQ rep reviews the part and the CMAs handle the paperwork. This can be quite difficult during launch when so many issues come up and stress levels are high. Each person knows what to do, but getting to the goal takes great effort.
To work together more effectively, the DQCMA Team schedule weekly Soup Days in the winter and monthly picnics in the park in the summer.   It's another opportunity to develop camaraderie.

The team also  builds a collaborative environment by signing up for Ford Community Service projects together, sponsor children from Operation Good Cheer and wrap gifts together, and celebrate birthdays in some way.

The impact from these actions is that the team is better equipped to handle the crisis of the day and rise above every obstacle. With stronger relationships comes a greater benefit.

* Greater passion for our business.
* Continuous improvement philosophy
* Better communication.
* Stronger and better people.
* Winners in every way

Please join the Summit event and see if some of your favorite nominations are selected as Corporate Honorees. This year's event will be web-streamed live from Dearborn on Nov. 7… and will be led by our Group Vice President of Purchasing Tony Brown. The award presenters will be Program Managers/job-share partners Julie Rocco and Julie Levine.

Mark your calendar and join us as we celebrate the deserving teams and individuals who truly…GO FURTHER!
