UAW, LEP Provide Child ID Kits to Interested LEP Employees

DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

LIMA, Ohio  -  The UAW and Ford Motor Company recently joined together to support families in plants and in communities through the National Child ID program.

The program is an initiative aimed at changing the statistics related to missing children. UAW Local 1219 and Lima Engine Plant are supporting the program by making Child ID kits available to interested employees.

The program’s inkless fingerprint ID kit provides parents and guardians with a clean and convenient way to record their child’s fingerprints as well as physical characteristics on a card they can keep at home. These kits can be an invaluable resource to law enforcement should the need arise.
