Henry Ford 150th Anniversary Children's Art Competition

DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

Dunton Technical Centre celebrated Henry Ford’s 150th Anniversary by holding a Children’s Art Competition.  Children aged between 4 and 11 were invited to design a Birthday card.  The entries were uploaded to the Events, Community and Outreach SharePoint site and all Dunton employees were invited to vote on the designs.

The three winning children, Luke Mason aged 5,  Lukrecija Zienkaite aged 7 and Janani Rajesh Kumar aged 9 were invited to Dunton on July 30, the 150th Anniversary of Henry Ford’s birth date, to receive their prizes.

The prizes were presented to them by Mark Harvey  (VEV Testing manager),  who was very impressed with the winning designs.    Afterwards the children were given a tour of the Design Centre and the Hyge Laboratory.
