“I feel honored to receive the Global Diversity and Inclusion Award. This would not have been possible without support from my team, said Vijaya. “At Ford, I have had multiple opportunities to work with great leaders who have led by example and groomed and mentored me to become the person I am today. I will always be grateful for their support that continues to inspire me. I am also lucky to have the same kind of support from my current leaders who help me learn and grow on a daily basis,” Vijaya said.
