Last Friday, Blue Oval Connect experienced technical issues that prevented many of our Ford retirees from accessing links in the e-newsletter.
Below is information from the e-newsletter that was compromised due to this technical concern.

If you are enrolled in one of the Ford salaried health plans (Ford Medical Plan, Comprehensive Medical Plan, Basic Medical Plan, Health Alliance Plan or Cigna Networks), there are just three easy steps you and your spouse/same sex domestic partner, if applicable, need to complete by March 31, 2012, to ensure you meet the criteria of your health plan's Enhanced Level of benefits. Step 1: Visit your health plan's website to complete an online health assessment. Step 2: Have a physical examination by your personal physician and have the required Member Qualification Form (MQF documentation) completed and returned to your health plan. Step 3: Comply with the wellness and health coaching requirements as defined by your health plan.
