Already Ford's most fuel-efficient sedan, the all-new Fusion Energi now has an EPA-rated total range of up to 620 miles and the ability to drive up to 21 miles in electric-only mode, nearly triple the electric-only range of plug-in hybrids from Toyota and Honda.

On Jan. 16, 1948, Ford publicly revealed the iconic F-1 pickup, beginning the F-Series legacy of tough trucks. Since 1948, more than 32 million trucks have proudly worn the F-Series badge. These legendary trucks have been the best-selling pickups for 36 consecutive years, and America's overall best-selling vehicle for 31 years. As Ford looks forward to the future of Built Ford Tough, it is appropriate to celebrate the 1948 Ford F-1 pickup that started it all. Happy 65th anniversary.

Ford Announces New Fiesta Production in Brazil during NAIAS

Ford announced this week that it will produce the New Fiesta at its São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil plant to the Brazilian media at NAIAS in Detroit. The company said that the locally-produced model will be a five-door hatch and that it will soon announce the dates when production will start, as well as further details about the model, series and launch strategy. The Fiesta was completely redone for the Brazilian market and is now even more innovative and sporty.

Ford has won more than 20 awards in this area in recent years.
