New Online Resource Helps Manage Pension Benefit

Ford is pleased to announce the availability of MyFordPenPay (My Ford Pension Payment), a new online resource available directly through myfordbenefits.com that allows you to view and print your monthly pension statement and year-end tax forms. The site also includes features that can help you minimize — or even eliminate — paper records, because everything you'll need to manage your pension benefit will be available online.

NESC Holiday Closing

The National Employee Services Center (NESC) will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17 in observance of President’s Day, a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) holiday. The NESC is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, except on NYSE holidays.

Did You Know?
The highest call volumes occur:

  • Monday morning
  • The first business day of the month
  • The day following a NYSE holiday
