Ford Provides Up to $100,000 to Help Tornado Victims
In the wake of recent tornadoes, Ford Motor Company Fund is donating $75,000 to the American Red Cross and its chapters, as well as the Dare to Care Food Bank in Louisville to assist with disaster relief primarily in southern Indiana, and northern and eastern Kentucky. With matching employee donations, total contributions are expected to reach $100,000.

The Fair Lane Estate Reopens in 2013
In 1914, Henry and Clara Ford started construction on the Fair Lane Estate, which would become their family home for more than 30 years. Henry began buying his 1,300 acres of farm land in the Dearborn area in 1909. He built a small bungalow that was used as a summer residence.
