LIMA, Ohio -- The 2013 annual salaried Pulse Survey was a whopping success in participation rate at LIma Engine Plant. The Pulse Survey assists the company in understanding any concerns or issues employees my have.
In short, Ford Motor Company executives want to get a good feeling on the morale of employees, areas where the company can improve, and areas of operations in which employees are satisfied.
The survey began Aug. 26 and continued throughout September. All salaried employees are highly encouraged to take the Pulse Survey. Mike Felix, LEP's plant manager, addressed the importance of the survey during the August salary communication meeting. "This survey will tell us a lot about our employees," Felix said, adding "we really need your opinions to help us in driving continuous improvement here. I would really love to get one hundred percent participation in this year's salary pulse survey."
