LIMA, Ohio -- The 2014 Hourly Pulse Survey has opened and is now accessible to all hourly employees, who are urged to take the voluntary and anonymous survey that measures employee satisfaction on selected topics.
The Hourly Pulse Survey gives employees the opportunity to voice opinions about relationships, the work environment, and other important topics such as safety, quality and communications. The data from the Pulse Survey helps identify areas of success and growth opportunities. It also facilitates the development and implementation of actions to improve how we achieve the ONE Ford plan.
You will be able to take the Hourly Pulse Survey from April 14-May 23. The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and consists of 26 questions. Participation is totally voluntary and anonymous. The survey needs to be taken during normal working hours. All hourly employees are urged to take this opportunity to make your opinion known. Participation is vital if we are to get an accurate assessment of employee experiences as part of the Ford team.
